Types of Sleep Apnea

  • Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA): Caused by a physical blockage in the throat. Loud snoring is common.
  • Central Sleep Apnea (CSA): Occurs when the brain doesn’t properly signal the muscles that control breathing.

  • Insomnia or poor sleep
