Types of Sleep Apnea
- Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA): Caused by a physical blockage in the throat. Loud snoring is common.
- Central Sleep Apnea (CSA): Occurs when the brain doesn’t properly signal the muscles that control breathing.
