- Q. What kind of toothbrush should I use?
A. Adults: small-to-medium toothbrush with soft-to-medium bristles.
Children: small, soft-bristled toothbrush.
People with sensitive teeth: soft bristles. - Q. How often should I replace my toothbrush?
A. Replace every 3–4 months, or sooner if the bristles wear out. Children’s toothbrushes often need more frequent replacement.
