Payment & Financial Policy
Your treatment plan will clearly outline all fees, and costs will be discussed before treatment begins. Payment in full is due on the day of service.
We accept cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Financing is also available through CareCredit. For major restorative treatments, dentures, and related lab fees, a 50% deposit is required at the start of treatment.
If you need special payment arrangements, please speak with our office manager before your appointment.
Insurance
We will submit insurance claims on your behalf. Co-payments are due at each visit, and patients without insurance are expected to pay at the time of service.
We are a preferred provider for:
- Delta Dental
- Blue Cross Blue Shield – Blue Dental
- Principal Financial
- Iowa Dental Wellness Program
While we help maximize your benefits, you are responsible for your account. Please contact us if your insurance has not paid within 30 days.
No Insurance? No Worries!
We offer the DCNI Savings Plan for patients without dental insurance. This plan covers preventive care—cleanings, exams, and X-rays—at 100% within our practice. Members also receive discounts on restorative and cosmetic treatments, including fillings, crowns, implants, and more.
